What we provide
AskJapanCars is a sourcing concierge that helps you find and import used Japanese vehicles. A licensed dealer places auction bids on your behalf only after you approve a specific car.
Estimates, not firm quotes
Prices, auction grades, duties and landed-cost figures shown on the site and by the assistant are estimates. Final figures are confirmed individually before any bid. See our Sourcing & Estimates Disclaimer.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the requirements you give us and for confirming that a vehicle can legally be imported into your country before you ask us to bid.
Limitation
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee that a specific car will be won at auction or that any estimate will match the final cost. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable law.
